A non-profit 501(c)(3) organization which produces the SonRise Music Festival. We are a Christ-centered, Bible-believing and prayer-minded team that desires for God to be the center of life in Hampton Roads.

StandUp For Kids

We like to ask that you bring a nonperishable, or clothing to benefit StandUp For Kids – Hampton Roads VA, Chapter. StandUp For Kids provides homeless youth the things they need to survive while displaced. They find and help kids who are living on the streets. To proclaim faith and hope in Jesus Christ by unifying the church together in a two-day music festival tailored to give hope to the hurting and broken followed by a collaborative worship service; and each year to support a local shelter which serves the displaced in our local community.

At each SonRise Music Festival non perishables are collected benefiting the homeless in our community

Virginia Senator Frank Wagner spoke at SonRise 2015 on the importance of helping our fellow man.

Our friend’s at Trinity Broadcasting Network (WTPC-TV 21) partnered with us to deliver water to our area homeless in the heat of summer.

SonRise partnered with Compassion Advocacy and community friends to delivery Holiday Care Bags to local homeless shelters.
